The tail at that big black spot(not near the hand) is a bit odd-looking. You could start cutting the lower part at the 3/4th of the line at the right side and draw a curve until the end of the spot.
Otherwise it'll look as the tail gets thicker somewhere in the middle.
And you're not alone when it's about shading troubles o_o
